Design
Links to some of the web design work I have done.
Soto Hardwood Floors
Soto Hardwood Floors is my most recent design, although I can take no real credit for how it looks. This is pretty much a replica of the site that was created for him by yellow pages - except that some of their sloppy coding was cleaned up, and the entire site was re-coded into CSS/XHTML compliant pages.
Mount Carmel Baptist Church
This design was for Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Atlanta Georgia.
Atlanta Blue Sky
This is probably the one I’m most proud of, although not this particular part of the complete site. When ABS expanded into four streams (Alternative, Jazz, Country and Classic Rock) the entire site used a variation of the design shown here. For overall look, my two favorite were the pages for the Alternative and Jazz sites. The Alternative was done in a nice shade of blues, with a great shot of the bassist for Cracker towering over the Atlanta skyline. The Jazz was done in earth tones, with the image of Miles Davis on the skyline.
This was by far the most complicated project I did. The site had live content that was constantly updating - the “now playing” information updated when the song changed, the Top 25 Requests was also updated in real time. Then there were all of the headaches associated with streaming live audio! I learned how to create this layout by playing with a tutorial from a site called addictedtonew.com.
